Outer Skin: Thin, delicate, and edible. The skin can be perfectly smooth or slightly bumpy with small ridges.

Flesh/Pulp: Unlike white guavas which are known for being crisp like an apple, the Tropical Rose Guava yields a much softer, juicier, and creamier flesh when fully ripe.

Central Core: The middle contains a highly concentrated, somewhat gooey pulp surrounded by numerous small, hard, yellowish-brown seeds. The edible flesh also features a mild, pleasant "grittiness" caused by natural stone cells.

Colour
Exterior (Skin): Starts as a deep green when unripe. As it matures, it transitions to a warm, sunny yellow or a pale yellowish-green. Occasionally, depending on the specific cultivar and sun exposure, the skin may develop a beautiful, light pink blush.

Interior (Flesh): Slicing it open reveals its most famous trait—a vibrant salmon-pink to a deep rosy-pink flesh. This gorgeous color is naturally created by the antioxidant lycopene (the same compound that makes tomatoes red).
