  • Liability: Farmgao is not accountable for delays in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our guarantee is limited to handing the shipment over to the courier/postal service within the specified timeframe.

  • Tracking Issues: If you do not receive your order, please notify us within 7 days of the agreed delivery date so we can investigate with our partners.

  • Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the registered address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
