1. Size and Shape
Dimensions: It is a medium to large-sized fruit, typically ranging from 7 to 12 centimeters in diameter.

Weight: A single fruit usually weighs between 300 to 800 grams, though some can grow even larger under ideal conditions.

Shape: It generally has a round to slightly pear-like (pyriform) shape, often with a bumpy or slightly convoluted surface rather than being perfectly smooth.

2. Color
Exterior (Skin): When unripe, the skin is a vibrant dark green. As it matures and reaches the ideal eating stage, it turns a pale, yellowish-green or light green.

Interior (Flesh): The flesh is a distinct creamy white or pearl-white (which gives it its name), occasionally showing a very faint yellow tint near the center.

3. Texture
Skin: The skin is thin, edible, and has a slightly rough, bumpy texture.
