🎨 Color
Exterior (Skin): When young, the skin is green and bumpy. As it matures and becomes perfectly ripe, it transitions to a light yellow or golden yellow hue. Some specific sub-varieties even develop a maroon or reddish blush on the outside.

Interior (Pulp): The real showstopper. The thick, juicy flesh ranges from a vibrant coral pink to a deep, brilliant ruby red. This color comes from a high concentration of lycopene (the same antioxidant found in tomatoes).
