Color: * Outer Skin: Starts as a vibrant lime green and matures to a soft, golden yellow when fully ripe.

Inner Flesh: Creamy white to pale, light yellow.

Texture: * The outer skin is thin and smooth.

The flesh is soft, smooth, and juicy, though the very center is packed with numerous small, extremely hard, woody seeds.

Taste: * Intensely sour and acidic! It has a very sharp, citrusy bite that is much more pronounced than a standard sweet guava.
