The Variegated Guava (often a variegated mutation of Psidium guajava) is the ultimate choice for "edible landscaping." It is widely considered one of the most beautiful fruit trees in the world because every part of the plant—the leaves, the branches, and even the fruit—displays a striking multi-colored pattern.

1. Physical Characteristics
Foliage (The Highlight): The leaves are the main attraction. They feature a marbled pattern of creamy white, pale yellow, and deep green. Some leaves may emerge almost entirely white, while others are "splashed" with color.

Fruit Skin: Unlike any other variety, the fruit is striped. Young fruits look like tiny watermelons with green and white/cream longitudinal stripes. As the fruit ripens, the stripes turn to a blend of yellow and pale green.
