Physical & Sensory Characteristics
Color: * Exterior (Skin): Changes from a dark green when immature to a lighter green, and eventually a beautiful yellow-green or soft yellow when fully ripe.

Interior (Pulp): It features a vibrant, intense red to deep pink pulp, particularly concentrated in the central placental region where the seeds are located.

Texture: * Skin: Smooth but thin.

Flesh: The outer flesh (mesocarp) is thick and slightly granular or gritty due to the presence of stone cells, while the central pulp is incredibly juicy and soft.

Firmness: This variety is known to soften very rapidly after harvest. It goes from quite firm at the light-green stage to very soft and yielding within just a few days at room temperature.

Taste & Aroma: * It has a highly aromatic, sweet, and classic tropical guava flavor with a pleasant, mild acidity.

Size & Weight: * These are medium to large guavas, typically weighing between 150g and 200g each (roughly 5 to 7 ounces) when grown in standard commercial orchards.

They are generally round or slightly ovoid (egg-shaped).
