Texture
Outer Skin: Thin and edible. It can range from completely smooth to slightly bumpy and ridged.

Flesh/Pulp: White guavas are famous for their crispness. When eaten slightly underripe, the texture is incredibly crunchy (similar to a crisp green apple). As it fully ripens, the flesh softens into a smooth, creamy, and slightly juicy consistency.

Central Core: The center contains a softer pulp packed with numerous small, hard, yellowish seeds. Be careful chewing these, as they are quite hard! There is also a natural "grittiness" to the flesh caused by stone cells, which is highly characteristic of the fruit.
