In Thailand, it is traditionally eaten fresh or sliced and dipped in Prik Kub Kluea (a mix of sugar, salt, and chili).

Size: This is a notably large variety compared to standard guavas. The fruits are heavy, meaty, and often feature a signature, slightly flattened pear-like or distinctively spherical shape.

Color: * Exterior: The skin is a light, bright green that subtly transitions to a soft, yellowish-green as it ripens.

Interior: It features a thick, snow-white flesh. The central seed cavity is remarkably small, meaning you get a lot more edible fruit and far fewer hard seeds.

Texture: The texture is one of its standout features. It is incredibly crispy and crunchy (similar to a crisp apple), rather than soft or creamy. The thick outer mesocarp (flesh) is firm and dense, allowing it to hold up well after being cut and giving it a longer shelf life than softer varieties.
