Flesh: Unlike common guavas that can sometimes be overly soft or mushy, the Diamond White is famous for its ultra-crisp, apple-like texture. It stays firm even when it is fully ripe. It is incredibly juicy and tender beneath that initial crunch.

Seeds: This is a seedless or near-seedless variety. It usually contains only a tiny amount of small, soft seeds (often just 5 to 10 per fruit) concentrated right at the center, meaning you don't get that annoying gritty texture found in traditional guavas.
