Cecil Mango Aam Grafted Healthy Fruit Plant

The fruit is ovate (egg-shaped) and medium-sized, typically weighing between 12 to 16 ounces. Its skin is smooth and transitions from green to a clear, bright yellow when fully ripe, occasionally showing small white lenticels (dots).

It is famous for a complex, high-sugar flavor profile. While it begins with a refreshing tartness, it ripens into a syrupy sweetness often described as having notes of "cola" or spice. It is exceptionally sweet, with Brix levels (sugar content) frequently measuring in the low-to-mid 20s.

The internal flesh is a deep, buttery yellow. It is 100% fiberless, offering a melting, creamy texture that "glides off the spoon." Unlike some other Indochinese varieties, it maintains a good balance of firmness until it is fully soft-ripe.

The tree is a slow, manageable grower with a very dense and compact canopy. This makes it an ideal "condo mango" or a perfect choice for small backyards and large containers, as it can easily be maintained at a height of 10–12 feet.

Cecil is a mid-season variety, typically ripening in June and July. It inherits excellent disease resistance from its Carrie parentage, showing better resilience against anthracnose and fungus than many other high-tier dessert mangos.
