Carrie Mango Aam Grafted Healthy Fruit Plant

The Carrie is a "stealth" mango. Unlike many varieties that turn red or purple, it remains green to a soft greenish-yellow even when fully ripe. It is small-to-medium in size, typically weighing between 10 to 12 ounces, with an oval-oblong shape and smooth skin.

It is world-renowned for its completely fiberless, melting texture. The deep orange flesh is exceptionally soft and creamy—so much so that many enthusiasts prefer to cut it in half and eat it with a spoon, similar to a firm custard or sorbet.

The flavor is powerful and "Indian-style," often compared to the famous Alphonso. It is ultra-sweet with a complex, spicy, and sometimes resinous (piney) aroma. You may also detect hints of citrus or even "bubblegum" in the flavor, though it becomes more medicinal if left to overripen.

The tree is a semi-dwarf with a dense, spreading, and rounded canopy. Because it has low vigor and grows slowly, it is the gold standard for small backyards and urban gardens. It can easily be maintained at 10–12 feet with minimal pruning.

It is an early-to-mid season variety, ripening from June to July. Because the fruit is so soft and does not change color dramatically, it is notoriously difficult to ship or sell commercially. This makes it a true "dooryard" variety—something you must grow yourself to enjoy at its peak.
