Central Core: The center contains a softer, juicier pulp. One of the best traits of this specific cultivar is that it contains fewer and softer seeds compared to wild or standard white guavas, making it much easier to eat out-of-hand.

Colour
Exterior (Skin): This is its most famous feature! As it matures on the tree, the skin develops a striking, deep apple-red or bright pinkish-red blush over a yellow-green base. From a distance, it is frequently mistaken for a real apple.

Interior (Flesh): Despite the red exterior, cutting it open reveals a beautiful, contrasting creamy-white or very pale pink flesh.
