Anwar Ratol is famous for its extreme sweetness and a rich, honey-like taste. It possesses a very strong, pleasant aroma that can fill a room, often described as a blend of tropical fruit and floral notes.

Size: It is a small to medium-sized mango, usually weighing between 200g and 250g.

Shape: It has an oval or roundish shape with a prominent "beak" at the tip.

Color: The skin is thin and smooth, turning from green to a vibrant lemon-yellow as it matures.

The flesh is deep yellow (cadmium yellow) and is celebrated for being completely fiberless. This gives it a smooth, buttery, and melting texture that is perfect for eating fresh or using in high-end desserts.

Early Season (June): This is the most popular version. The fruit is smaller, more delicate, and exceptionally sweet.

Late Season (July–August): This variety is more stable with a slightly thicker skin and is less prone to damage from wind or rain, though it is slightly less sweet than the early crop.
