The Flesh: Unlike some pink varieties that get very soft and mushy, the Saudi White Guava is known for its crisp and crunchy texture. When slightly under-ripe or just ripe, it has a satisfying, apple-like crunch. As it fully ripens, it softens into a smooth, creamy interior that yields easily to the bite.

The Skin: The outer skin is thin, edible, and can range from smooth to slightly bumpy or rough.

The Seeds: The central pulp contains small, hard, edible seeds. If you prefer not to chew them, they are easily scooped out or blended and strained.
